Have you ever tried grilling a chicken? Is chicken grilling one of the most difficult things for you? Want to know whats the perfect grilling time? Just a few men know the art of grilling chicken in the right way, and those who just try their hands at it over the weekend find it really hard to marvel the act. One needs to learn several important things before he can actually get the right mouthwatering taste and aroma. Just a little variation can actually soup you into a teeth cutting experience. So read on to impress your folks with a grilling experience on the next barbecue.

In case you have an iron gate, then it becomes important to brush it with olive oil. If olive oil is not at hand, you can use vegetable oil also. Brushing helps in preventing the chicken from sticking to the grill.

Once you have placed your chicken on the grill, do not forget to time the grilling period. A chicken overcooked or undercooked is not anybody’s choice. The easiest way to grill a chicken is on a low heat. It may approximately take 45 mins for the chicken to cook properly. The preparation time may vary depending upon the hotness of the grill.

To further simplify the job of grilling, one can always think about using a meat meter. While cooking chicken, one tends to slice it again and again to check whether the chicken is properly cooked from inside or not. A meat meter provides you with the internal temperature and saves you from this tedious job. Apart from simplifying your job, it also protects the moisture moving out of the chicken. To set the temperature, first see whether your chicken is boneless or it has bones. For a boneless chicken the internal temperature should be 170 degree F and for bones, it should be around 180 degree F.

Be careful not to remove the chicken from the grill immediately after the cooking. The aroma is irresistible, but let it rest before you dig your knife to cut it into pieces. This prevents the outflow of fluids responsible in keeping your chicken soft.

For an exotic taste chicken does need a little bit of extra effort. To make your grilled chicken irresistible you can think of topping it with Bbq sauce. BBQ sauce gives an unearthing sweet taste which when combined with the delicious and soft grilled chicken make up a perfect combination. One of my favorite flavor is Apricot-Balsemic vinegar. It tends to suit taste of people of every age group. Even a combination with rosmary and caramelized lemons is not bad. It is a Mexican style, a mixture that helps in getting chicken an extraordinary sweet taste. For this you need to brine the chicken for around 12 hours. While placing it on the grill slip the slices of chopped rosemary and lemons beneath it. In this kind of preparation one need not wait to dig in the chicken after it has been cooked. Chicken is surely an exotic treat and to make your next barbeque party a sure hit, do not forget to try out these tips.
